This is not always the case however; it is true that a number of studies have shown that people who have miscarriages are less likely to have had morning sickness.

 
 

You would have lower levels of pregnancy hormones in your system if your baby or placenta were not developing properly. Despite these studies, there are plenty of women who have perfectly normal pregnancies who have little nausea or vomiting during early pregnancy.
