I'm feeling so sick, how can I cope with work?

Morning sickness symptoms

It can be extremely difficult to cope with work when you are being sick so frequently. It is also harder to deal with if you do not feel ready to tell people you’re pregnant just yet.

Even if you are not ready to tell your boss, it is probably best if you tell someone at work that you are pregnant. Once they have been informed that you are pregnant, your employer will have to make any essential changes to protect your health. This might be a good opportunity to discuss any changes to your work which might help you.

Check our frequently asked questions, right, for advice on morning sickness during pregnancy (NVP). If you have any concerns, see your GP.
