Ensure that you get a good night's sleep; you may consider wearing a sleep mask or dark glass to shut out as much light as possible. |

Lack of sleep will make you feel worse, especially if you are suffering from travel sickness. Try to sleep a minimum of seven hours along with a nap in the day if possible. Sleep may be needed during the afternoon but make sure you schedule your naps so they don't take place directly after eating.
